Anvira Events was created for celebrations that carry meaning.
As a sister-led wedding and event planning company, we bring together thoughtful planning, cultural understanding, and a calm, hands-on approach to help our clients feel supported from the first conversation to the final send-off.
We specialize in South Asian, multicultural, and modern weddings, along with corporate events, milestone celebrations, and private gatherings across Chicago, Cleveland, Columbus, and beyond. Whether we are planning a multi-day wedding weekend, an intimate family celebration, or a polished corporate event, our focus is always the same: creating an experience that feels personal, organized, and beautifully executed.
What makes Anvira different is the way we look at the full celebration, not just the timeline. The heart behind anvira
As sisters, we have always found joy in bringing people together. Long before Anvira Events existed, we were planning celebrations for our family, friends, and community with the same care, creativity, and attention to detail that guide us today.
Anvira was built from that foundation: a love for meaningful gatherings, a deep respect for culture, and a belief that planning should feel supported, not stressful. Our mission is to create celebrations that feel thoughtful, joyful, and deeply personal, while honoring each client’s story, traditions, and vision with calm guidance and genuine care.
The Anvira Experience is shaped by five core values: creative fluidity, adaptive intuition, continuous evolution, elevated ease, and story-guided service. These values influence the way we plan, communicate, problem-solve, design, and show up for our clients throughout the entire process.
The name Anvira blends two Sanskrit roots: Anvi, meaning full of life, vitality, wholeness, and inner light, and Vira, meaning courage, strength, and disciplined action. Together, Anvira represents celebrations shaped by heart, guided by purpose, grounded in creativity, and carried with strength.
Beyond the celebration itself, we are committed to giving back to the communities that raised us, uplifting others, supporting local organizations, and leaving every space better than we found it.
